The Challenge
The old, monolithic e-commerce system regularly crashed during traffic spikes (e.g., Black Friday). In addition, implementing new features took months because the frontend and backend were inextricably interwoven.
The Solution
We designed a state-of-the-art headless architecture. The frontend was completely rewritten in Next.js with React and deployed on Vercel Edge Networks. Content management is handled by a Headless CMS, while cart and checkout are processed via API-First microservices.
